This reduces the hazards caused by gas in mine excavation faces, improving equipment safety while ensuring normal mine production.

Main ventilation fan non-stop system

The uninterrupted wind-down system adopts the idea of hot standby for ventilation fans, ensuring the continuous supply of ventilation power during the downtime of the main ventilation fan. It features automatic wind-down of the mine's main ventilation fan, "one-button" operation for wind-down, and automatic identification of ventilation fan malfunctions. Through the detection and control system, the logic control quickly opens or closes the airlock, achieving rapid switching of the ventilation fan. This reduces the impact on the ventilation system during the wind-down process from the traditional "system shutdown" to "airflow fluctuation." The downtime in case of malfunction is shortened. The downtime of the main fan ventilation fan, which currently takes more than five minutes or even ten minutes, is shortened to an airflow fluctuation of only about forty seconds.
