From the entry of raw materials to the delivery of products, strict inspections are carried out in accordance with the SO901 international quality system standard. The production department, quality inspection department, and technology department jointly conduct production, inspection, testing, and acceptance of each process, and keep records for each user's product. The entire process of quality management and service is tracked. For example, the production and design of wind turbines are carried out according to GB/3235 "Basic Types, Dimensions, Parameters and Performance Curves of Ventilators", GB/3235 ("Basic Types, Dimensions, Parameters of Ventilators"); purchased motors must meet the technical requirements of GB/73561; product factory testing is carried out according to GB/T1235—2000 standard, including pipeline processing, measuring point layout, original data measurement, data calculation, and result output; steel requires the manufacturer to provide a material quality report, and at the same time entrust a nationally recognized testing department with qualifications to test the material, which must meet the requirements before use; the matching motor requires the motor factory to provide performance test reports, no-load test reports, etc. Provide users with a non-destructive testing report for the wind turbine and blades; the wind turbine impeller is dynamically balanced on both sides according to GB/49101 "Rotor Balance of Ventilators", and the factory dynamic balance grade must reach G5.6 or higher, exceeding national standards. A dynamic balance test report for the impeller is provided to the user upon delivery; the wind turbine surface painting is carried out according to JB/T6886 "Technical Conditions for Painting Ventilators"; and the wind turbine nameplate is made according to GB/T13306 "Nameplates".

Main Features of the Wind Turbine
1. Impeller Arrangement: Adopts a direct-drive structure with the motor, and the impeller is fixed by connecting the shaft and hub key.
2. The overall dimensions of the wind turbine include variable diameter connecting wind ducts, collectors, electric and manual butterfly valves (including electric heating), connecting wind ducts, primary host, secondary host, insulated variable frequency motor, diffuser, round-to-square transition, silencer, diffusion tower, braking device, guide rollers, etc.
3. The wind turbine is equipped with a manual and automatic integrated braking device, which can achieve normal start-up and reverse airflow within 5 minutes, and the reverse airflow rate is greater than 60% of the forward airflow.
4. When designing the wind turbine, the optimal model is selected according to the parameters provided by the user, and personalized design is carried out to ensure that the wind turbine can operate efficiently in both the early and later stages.
5. The wind turbine housing is made of Q235 steel plate welding. It is coated with two coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer and one coat of epoxy zinc-rich topcoat at the factory. The bolts are all galvanized.
6. The sound-absorbing plates are all made of galvanized steel, effectively extending the service life and reducing later replacement costs.
7. The main body shell and the rotating part of the impeller are equipped with a protective ring. The protective tube and the copper ring are fixed by explosion welding composite technology, which is non-detachable, safe and reliable.
8. Differences in Blade Fixing Methods:
Cast aluminum alloy blades are fixed using a tapered clamping method. This method is complex to process but provides secure and easy operation.
Improvements and Application of New Technologies
1. In the design of ordinary motors, the heat dissipation capacity (ventilation cross-section) of the cooling fan is calculated based on natural conditions. However, the wind turbine motor is placed in the airflow cavity, and the ventilation conditions are greatly limited. To solve the problem of poor ventilation, our company first increases the length of the airflow passage (so that the airflow does not deflect sharply and the degree of discharge and the airflow cross-sectional area are increased) and the ventilation area of the fresh airflow (generally 2 times the motor cross-sectional area or more); secondly, the heat dissipation channel of the motor is designed independently (based on the design capabilities of the company's own advantages); so that the airflow enters from the air inlet and smoothly discharges the heat dissipation gas of the motor from the air outlet.
2. The streamlined diffusion tower is used to reduce the outlet noise of the wind turbine and improve efficiency by 2-4%.
