Description of the main technical features of the product

(I) Ventilator

1. The production of ventilators strictly implements MT/T222-2019 the requirements of "Technical Conditions for Local Ventilators Used in Coal Mines", and the structural type and performance parameters fully meet the standard requirements.

2. The ventilator adopts a direct-connected transmission between the motor main shaft and the impeller, improving the efficiency and operational safety of the ventilator.

3. To ensure the long-term trouble-free operation of the ventilator, a special explosion-proof motor for ventilators is selected. The product has passed the certification of the National Safety Mark Center, has good oil sealing, and can be reliably used in various working environments.

4. Fan blade type is a circular arc plate type, made of high-quality steel plate of equal thickness. According to the appraisal by experts from the National Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, it has reached the international advanced level. The high-efficiency operating area of the fan is large, so that the running fan is always in high efficiency operating range, suitable for use in domestic coal mines.

5. The fan blades are fixed, and the blade installation angle deviation is ±1°.

6. The main rotating part of the fan, the impeller, after processing, grinding, and then adopting special anti-corrosion treatment to avoid oxidation corrosion and rust caused by corrosive gases and moisture in the flow passage. The fan impeller has undergone three dynamic and static balance tests, and the balance accuracy requirement is not less than G5.6 grade before it can be installed.

7. The fan impeller uses high-quality carbon steel Q235 material, and the casing is selected from not less than 3mm high-quality carbon steel, and has been strengthened to ensure that the casing will not deform due to collision. On the casing lifting lugs and air duct fixing devices are provided to facilitate the handling and fixing of the fan.

8. After assembly, each ventilator is subjected to electrical operation, and the effective value of vibration speed is less than 4.6mm/s

9. The cold-state insulation resistance of the stator winding of the matching motor of the ventilator is measured before the test using a megohmmeter with an accuracy of not less than 10 grade, using the minimum value as the measurement result, ensuring that the insulation of the ventilator meets the requirements.

10. A protective grille with a diameter of not more than 30mm is installed at the air inlet of the ventilator to prevent foreign objects from entering the ventilator.

11. The fan impeller and motor shaft are connected by a key, and the hole and shaft use a transition fit, there is a fastening device at the end of the shaft making the impeller run safely and reliably.

12. The radial clearance between the fan blade and the casing is measured using a feeler gauge with a graduation of not more than 0.05mm by a dedicated inspector according to

the standard, with no less than 4 measuring points arranged on the circumference, ensuring that the clearance meets the standard requirements.

13. The fan adopts a low-noise design. The silencer is combined with the inlet and outlet silencers to greatly reduce the noise, at the same time, the silencer material uses oil-immersed glass fiber felt, with anti-static and flame-retardant functions . Starting from the design, the fan adopts measures from three aspects: aerodynamic noise, motor electromagnetic noise, and mechanical noise, effectively reducing the operating noise of the fan; the noise complies with JB/T8690-2014 “Industrial Ventilators Noise Limits”.

14. The ventilator is equipped with a non-stop oil injection and drainage device (power ≥ 30Kw ), with an oil injection hole, realizing non-stop oil injection outside the casing, which is convenient for later maintenance.

(II) Blades

1. The fan blade type adopts a circular arc plate type, which greatly improves the performance parameters of the fan and maximizes the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection of this series of fans.

2. To ensure the safe and reliable operation of the fan, the strength design of the impeller hub and sleeve is 10-15 times the safety factor, and the reliability of the design is fully confirmed by computer finite element calculation, so that the safety and service life of the motor bearings are improved.

3. The blades are processed and formed with special molds, and are pressed by molds. The surface is treated with anti-corrosion treatment to ensure the anti-corrosion and overall strength of the blades.

(III) Motor

1. Special explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors for fans are selected, with an explosion-proof grade of ExdI Mb and a protection grade of IP55 and an insulation grade of F Grade, temperature rise according to B Grade assessment, SI Working system.

2. Our company has passed ISO series of international quality system certifications. Products comply with the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and national regulations on the manufacture of explosion-proof motors. The motor can 85%-100% of the rated voltage and rated frequency, and the motor capacity can meet the requirements of normal start-up and reverse start-up of the fan.

3. The motor bearings use SKF/FAG imported bearings ,so that it can withstand both the radial force of the impeller weight and the axial thrust generated during fan operation, with a temperature rise of less than 40 ℃, greatly improving the reliability of fan operation and the service life of motor bearings.

1. In order to ensure product quality, our company will invite the buyer's personnel to our company to inspect the manufacturing process, raw material quality, product quality, and production progress.

2. Before our company's products leave the factory 10 days to notify the buyer to participate in the product factory inspection (but not as the final acceptance). Only after passing the inspection can the products leave the factory. Our company is willing to provide convenient conditions for the buyer to conduct the above inspection and acceptance.

3. Our company is responsible for everything from the manufacturing of equipment and its accessories to the delivery and use of the entire / set of equipment. During equipment installation and delivery, professional technicians will be sent to the user's location for guidance.

4. Our company guarantees that any damaged or defective parts, up to the entire equipment, that occur during installation, debugging, and trial operation will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

5. During the use of the equipment, if any quality problems occur or technical support is needed, our company will promptly provide the technical services required by the buyer. Within the quality assurance period, if quality problems occur, after the buyer issues a notification, our company will provide repair services, free repair or replacement of unqualified parts up to the entire equipment, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. After the quality assurance period, only the cost will be charged.

6. Calculation of the quality assurance period (three-guarantee period): Underground use 18 months or after arrival 24 months (whichever comes first).

7. If the user needs our company to provide services, after receiving the user's phone call, 2 hours to respond; 1000KM within, 24 hours to arrive on site; 1000KM outside of, 24 hours to dispatch service personnel. If the problem is not solved and the customer's requirements are not met, the service personnel cannot leave the work site. If it needs to be returned to the factory for repair, it will be guaranteed to be delivered for use within the agreed time.

4. Equipment Debugging and Testing Acceptance

3. Installation and Debugging

Our company is responsible for guiding the equipment's positioning, installation, debugging, and finally meeting the various indicators specified in the bidding documents.

4. Operator Training

We adopt a combination of theory and practice. First, we conduct theoretical training for operators 8 hours, mainly learning about fan characteristics and maintenance knowledge. Then, we use 24 hours for operators to participate in installation and debugging with our company's personnel, so that they can operate the fan proficiently.
