SDS and SDS(R) jet fans are designed by Shanxi Yun'an Fan Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for tunnel ventilation systems. The fans use a direct-drive motor, and the blades are cast aluminum alloy airfoil blades. According to the actual application scenarios, they are divided into two series: SDS unidirectional jet fans and SDS(R) reversible jet fans. The blades of both types of fans are adjustable. Standard jet fans can be selected according to Yun'an's product catalog. Yun'an can also customize designs based on specific thrust requirements, by changing the fan hub diameter, number of blades, and blade angle, etc., to meet technical requirements.  
  The components of this type of fan are: fan section (including casing, motor/motor bracket, impeller), external junction box on the casing, inlet and outlet silencers, protective net cover and bell-shaped mouth. For special noise requirements, silencers can also be used. When installing the jet fan, the support position should be at the fan section, not the silencer section. The silencer and fan are connected by flanges. Usually, the length of the silencer is 1 or 2 times the diameter of the fan, depending on the technical requirements. For vibration isolators, different types and materials of vibration isolators are available depending on the application and technical requirements. They have advantages such as low natural frequency, wide applicable load range, simple structure, and easy installation.
