Fan design is optimized and personalized according to user-provided parameters to ensure high efficiency operation in both the early and later stages.
The main body casing is made of high-quality Q235 steel plate welding. Advanced CO2 gas shielded welding center and automated CNC straight bar cutting machine are used during welding. Fan shell anti-corrosion treatment: both inner and outer surfaces are sandblasted and derusted, with two coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer and one coat of epoxy zinc-rich topcoat. Galvanized bolts are used. This ensures the rigidity, quality, and service life of the fan.
The fan blades are made of high-strength forged aluminum material. The blade design is based on the latest blade experimental data released by the space agency, using a large cross-section, high-strength three-dimensional twisted design, with high strength and a wide operating range.
The blades are manufactured using the most advanced manufacturing technology of Xi'an Aircraft Industry (West Aircraft), ensuring product quality.
The fan hub is welded from steel plates of different thicknesses and a shaft sleeve. In the design, the blades and hub both adopt a safety factor of more than 10 times, and are calculated by computer, fully ensuring the strength of the blades and hub and the safe operation of the ventilation fan. The welding and heat treatment process of the hub ensures that the hub does not deform during use. Our factory's processing equipment can ensure that the equal division error of the blades after installation on the hub is no more than 0.5mm.
The matching motor for the fan uses a special explosion-proof motor, and the radial and axial force values are provided to the motor factory according to the ventilation parameters to ensure that the motor bearing temperature does not exceed the standard and the service life meets the requirements; the motor is equipped with an oil injection device, which can be oiled without stopping, making maintenance convenient; the matching electric control has protection functions such as phase failure, overload, over (under) voltage, etc., can display the motor (stator or bearing) temperature, and can realize sound and light alarm.
The various components of the fan have a compact structure and are equipped with vibration damping rubber pads, with a vibration speed ≤4.6mm/s, meeting national standards. After secondary verification, the quality is G5.6 grade with double-sided dynamic balance. A blade material performance test report and the dynamic and static balance test report of the entire impeller are provided.
The motor enclosure and silencer specially designed by our company can reduce the fan operating noise to below 85dB(A), meeting national standards, and isolate the cooling airflow around the explosion-proof motor from the waste airflow discharged by the main mine ventilation fan. The isolation chamber is equipped with inlet and outlet air ducts that communicate with the atmosphere outside the casing. The airflow inside the air duct is negative pressure, and the cooling airflow around the motor communicates with the atmosphere at positive pressure, ensuring sufficient heat dissipation of the motor. A specially designed braking device fully meets the requirements of Article 122 of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" (changing the airflow direction in the roadway within 10 minutes).
The airlocks produced by our company are flexible in opening and closing, consume less electricity, can be remotely controlled or operated on-site, and are equipped with a manual device.
