From raw material entry to product delivery, strict inspections are carried out in accordance with the ISO9001 international quality system standard. The production department, quality inspection department, and technology department jointly conduct production, inspection, testing, and acceptance of each process, and keep records for each user's product. The production and design of each fan follows GB/T3235 "Basic Types, Dimensions, Parameters and Performance Curves of Ventilators", GB/T3235 "Basic Types, Dimensions, and Parameters of Ventilators"; purchased motors must meet the technical requirements of GB/T 3836.1; product factory testing follows the GB/T1236-2000 standard for pipeline processing, measuring point layout, original data measurement, data calculation, and result output; steel materials require the manufacturer to provide material reports, and simultaneously entrust a nationally recognized qualified inspection department to test the materials before use; matching motors require the motor factory to provide performance test reports and no-load test reports. A non-destructive testing report of the fan blades is provided to the user; the fan impeller undergoes double-sided dynamic balancing testing according to GB/T 9101 "Rotor Balance of Ventilators", and the factory dynamic balance grade must reach G5.6 or higher, exceeding national standards. A dynamic balance test report of the impeller is provided to the user upon delivery; the fan surface painting follows the requirements of JB/T6886 "Painting Technical Conditions for Ventilators"; and the fan nameplate is made according to the requirements of GB/T13306 "Nameplates".

Main Features of the Fan

1. Impeller Arrangement: A direct-drive structure with the motor is used, and the impeller is fixed by connecting the shaft and hub key.

2. The overall dimensions of the fan include a variable diameter connecting duct, collector, electric/manual butterfly valve (including electric heating), connecting duct, primary host, secondary host, explosion-proof variable frequency motor, diffuser, round-to-square transition, silencer, diffusion tower, braking device, and supporting wheels, etc.

3. The fan is equipped with a manual and automatic integrated braking device, which can achieve normal start-up and reverse airflow within 5 minutes, with a reverse airflow rate greater than 60% of the forward airflow.

4. The fan is designed with optimized selection based on parameters provided by the user, with personalized design to ensure high-efficiency operation in both the early and later stages.

5. The fan housing is made of Q235 steel plate welding. It is treated with two coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer and one coat of epoxy zinc-rich topcoat at the factory, and the bolts are all galvanized.

6. The sound-absorbing plates are made of galvanized steel, effectively extending the service life and reducing later replacement costs.

7. The main body housing and the rotating part of the impeller are equipped with a protective ring. The protective tube and the copper ring are fixed using explosion welding composite technology, ensuring no detachment and reliable safety.

8. Differences in Blade Fixing Methods:

Cast aluminum alloy blades are fixed using a tapered clamping method. The processing is complex, but the fixing is firm and the operation is simple.

Improvements and Application of New Technologies

1. In the design of ordinary motors, the heat dissipation capacity (ventilation cross-section) of the cooling fan is calculated based on natural conditions. However, the fan motor is placed in an isolated cavity, and the ventilation conditions are greatly limited. To solve the problem of poor ventilation, our company first increases the length of the isolated cavity (so that the airflow does not abruptly deflect 90 degrees for smooth flow) and the ventilation cross-sectional area of the fresh air duct (generally more than twice the motor cross-sectional area); second, we independently design the heat dissipation channel of the motor (based on the company's own design capabilities); allowing the airflow to enter from the inlet and smoothly discharge the motor's heat dissipation gas from the outlet.

2. The use of a streamlined diffusion tower reduces the outlet noise of the fan and improves efficiency by 2-4%.
