From raw material entry to product delivery, strict inspections are carried out in accordance with the SO901 international quality system standard. The production department, quality inspection department, and technology department jointly conduct production, inspection, testing, and acceptance of each process, and keep records for each user's product. Full process tracking quality management and service are provided. For example, the production and design of the wind turbine are based on GB/3235 "Basic Types, Dimensions, Parameters and Performance Curves of Ventilators", GB/3235 ("Basic Types, Dimensions, Parameters of Ventilators"); purchased motors must meet the technical requirements of GB/73561; product factory testing is conducted according to GB/T1235-2000 standard, including pipeline processing, measuring point layout, initial data measurement, data calculation, and result output; steel requires the manufacturer to provide a material quality report, and simultaneously entrust a nationally recognized testing institution with qualifications to test the material, which must meet the requirements before use; the matching motor requires the motor factory to provide performance test reports, no-load test reports, etc. Provide users with a non-destructive testing report for the wind turbine blades; the wind turbine impeller is dynamically balanced on both sides according to GB/49101 "Rotor Balance of Ventilators", and the factory dynamic balance grade must reach G5.6 or higher, exceeding national standards. A dynamic balance test report for the impeller is provided upon delivery; the wind turbine surface painting is carried out according to JB/T6886 "Technical Conditions for Painting Ventilators"; and the wind turbine nameplate is made according to GB/T13306 "Nameplates".

Main Features of the Wind Turbine

1. Impeller Arrangement: A direct-drive structure with the motor is adopted, and the impeller is fixed by connecting the shaft and hub key.

2. The overall dimensions of the wind turbine include variable diameter connecting wind duct, collector, electric and manual butterfly valve (including electric heating), connecting wind duct, primary host, secondary host, insulated variable frequency motor, diffuser, round-to-square transition, silencer, diffusion tower, braking device, and supporting wheels, etc.

3. The wind turbine is equipped with a manual and automatic integrated braking device, which can achieve normal start-up and reverse airflow within 5 minutes, and the reverse airflow rate is greater than 60% of the forward airflow.

4. The wind turbine is designed with optimized selection based on parameters provided by the user, and personalized design is carried out to ensure high-efficiency operation of the wind turbine in both the early and later stages.

5. The wind turbine housing is welded from Q235 steel plate. It is treated with two coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer and one coat of epoxy zinc topcoat at the factory. All bolts are galvanized.

6. The silencer plates are made of galvanized steel, effectively extending the service life and reducing later replacement costs.

7. A protective ring is installed at the rotating part of the main casing and impeller. The protective tube and copper ring are fixed using explosion welding composite technology, ensuring no detachment and reliable safety.

8. Differences in Blade Fixing Methods:

Cast aluminum alloy blades are fixed using a tapered clamping method. The processing is complex, but the fixing is firm and the operation is simple.

Improvements and Application of New Technologies

1. In the design of ordinary motors, the heat dissipation capacity (ventilation cross-section) of the cooling fan is calculated based on natural conditions. However, the wind turbine motor is placed in the airflow cavity, and the ventilation conditions are greatly limited. To solve the problem of poor ventilation, our company first increases the length of the airflow passage (so that the airflow does not deflect sharply and is easily discharged) and the ventilation area of the fresh airflow passage (generally more than twice the motor cross-sectional area); secondly, it designs its own motor heat dissipation channel (based on the company's own design capabilities); allowing airflow to enter from the inlet and smoothly discharge the motor's heat dissipation gas from the outlet.

2. The use of a streamlined diffusion tower reduces the outlet noise of the wind turbine and improves efficiency by 2-4%.
