3. Check the fan bearings for oil leakage, severe wear, etc.

4. Check the fan transmission system for looseness and breakage.

5. Check the fan seals for leakage and severe wear.

6. Check the fan lubrication system for oil leakage, overheating, and oil degradation.

7. Check the electrical system for aging wires and damaged insulation.

8. Check the control system for aging and damaged components.

9. Check if the ambient temperature and humidity are suitable for fan operation.

10. Monitor the fan's operating status, including speed, vibration, and sound, to determine whether the fan is operating normally.

II. Fan Bearing Inspection

1. Check the bearings for wear and cracks.

2. Check the lubrication of the bearings, including the quality and quantity of the grease.

3. Check the installation of the bearings, including the tightness of the bearings, axial and radial clearances, etc.

4. Disassemble and clean the bearings; replace damaged bearings and grease.

5. Check the bearing housing for oil leakage; replace damaged oil seals.

6. Check the shaft for axial movement; adjust the axial clearance of the bearings.

7. Check the installation of the bearing housing to ensure that it is securely fastened.

8. Preload the bearings to ensure that the bearings are evenly stressed during operation.

9. Check the grounding of the bearings to ensure good grounding.

10. Lubricate the bearings to ensure good lubrication.
