SDF and SD series fans are specifically designed for extra-long and extra-large tunnels in railway, highway, subway, water conservancy and hydropower projects, as well as for local ventilation. In particular, the newly developed "multi-stage variable speed" series tunnel ventilation fans are more suitable for long and large tunnel construction, with significantly better energy-saving effects.

◆Fan Application

SDF and SD series fans are specifically designed for use in extra-long and large-scale tunnels in railway, highway, subway, water conservancy and hydropower projects, as well as for local ventilation. The newly developed "multi-speed" series tunnel ventilation fan is particularly suitable for long and large tunnel construction, offering significantly improved energy efficiency.

The SDF(D) series multi-stage fan addresses the ventilation difficulties encountered in extra-long tunnels with small cross-sections, where larger ventilation ducts cannot be used. This series is jointly developed by our company and Xi'an Jiaotong University. It optimizes the multi-stage series combination structure and is suitable for ventilation in extra-long tunnels. The product consists of three, four, or five stages. When all stages are in operation, it achieves high pressure, meeting the needs of difficult periods. Individual stages or pairs can also be used, ensuring normal construction progress and environmental protection with low noise. It is a dedicated ventilation equipment for highway, railway, and hydropower engineering construction.

◆Fan Features

1. High Efficiency: The SDF series fan boasts refined design and advanced technology. Its blades are designed using three-dimensional fluid theory, featuring a twisted airfoil shape. The fan's operating range is wide, ensuring the fan operates within its normal working range.

2. Low Noise: The SDF series fan uses a counter-rotating direct-drive system. Compared with older fans, the guide vane device is eliminated, increasing fan pressure while optimizing airflow direction and reducing air friction noise. The housing uses an external sound insulation device, and the overall operating noise can be controlled below 85 decibels (A-weighted sound level below 35 decibels), exhibiting ultra-low noise characteristics and significantly improving environmental noise.

3. The wind pressure is relatively smooth, with minimal surge. It operates stably even in high-pressure, low-flow areas, delivering air over long distances and adapting well to complex tunnels.

4. To improve the corrosion and wear resistance of the blades and housing, aviation thermal spraying technology is applied to fan manufacturing. Over 20 different materials are formulated based on corrosive elements, using supersonic arc spraying and high-velocity flame spraying. Thermal spraying of the housing and blades prevents rust and wear, ensuring a long service life.

5. Easy Maintenance: The fan consists of two steel blades, which can be separated in the middle for easy disassembly, repair, and blade adjustment. 6. External oil injection of the housing allows for maintenance while the fan is running, extending its service life.

7. The motor is a Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor. (Depending on construction conditions, a VB-series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor can be selected).
