The FBCD series explosion-proof, extraction-type, contra-rotating axial flow local ventilation fan is suitable for use in coal mine roadways where gas outbursts occur during excavation or in special locations such as coal bunkers. It is used with a negative pressure ventilation duct for extraction ventilation. It provides safe and reliable assurance for use in high-gas coal mines and locations containing explosive gases. This extraction-type ventilation fan consists of a collector, a primary casing, a secondary casing, a motor, an impeller, a silencer, a connecting duct, and anti-friction copper rings. The outer casing is welded from high-quality carbon steel, and the inner cylinder is welded from perforated plates and contains sound-absorbing material. The motor is installed in a sealed explosion-proof chamber, with specially designed air intake and exhaust channels that isolate it from the gas-containing, dirty air in the air duct, ensuring the motor always operates in a fresh airflow.
