From the time raw materials enter the factory to the moment products leave the factory, all processes are rigorously inspected in accordance with the ISO 9001 international quality system standards. The production, inspection, testing, and acceptance of each process are jointly carried out by the Production Department, the Quality Inspection Department, and the Technical Department, with detailed records kept and filed. We provide end-to-end tracking, quality management, and service for every customer’s product. For example, the design and manufacture of fans comply with GB/T 3235 “Basic Types, Dimensions, Parameters, and Performance Curves of Ventilators” and GB/T 3235 “Basic Types, Dimensions, and Parameters of Ventilators.” Purchased motors must meet the technical requirements specified in GB/T 73561. The GB/T1235—20O0 standard shall be followed for pipeline network processing, measurement point layout, initial data acquisition, data calculation, and result output. Steel materials must be accompanied by quality certificates provided by the manufacturer, and the materials shall also be inspected by a nationally accredited testing agency with qualified personnel. Only materials that meet the specified requirements may be used. For motor selection, the electric motor manufacturer shall provide performance and mechanical test reports as well as no-load operation test reports. The supplier shall also provide inspection reports confirming that the fan blades and impellers have undergone non-destructive testing. The fan impeller shall undergo two-sided dynamic balancing in accordance with GB/49101 “Dynamic Balancing of Fan Rotors,” and its factory-issued dynamic balancing grade must meet or exceed G5.6, which is higher than the national standard requirement. Upon delivery, the manufacturer shall provide users with an impeller dynamic balancing test report. The paint coating on the fan’s exterior surface shall comply with the technical requirements specified in JB/T6886 “Technical Conditions for Fan Painting.” The fan nameplate shall be manufactured according to the requirements of GB/T13306 “Nameplates.”

Main features of the fan

1. Impeller arrangement: A direct-drive structure is adopted, in which the impeller is fixed to the hub via a key connection through the shaft.

2. The complete unit of the fan includes a variable-diameter connecting duct, a flow collector, an electrically operated manual butterfly valve (including electric heating), a connecting duct, a primary-stage main unit, a secondary-stage main unit, a frequency-controlled motor with a bypass, a diffuser, a round-to-square transition piece, a silencer, a diffusion tower, a braking device, and support rollers, among other components.

3. The fan is equipped with a combined manual and automatic braking device that can achieve normal startup and reverse airflow within 5 minutes, with the reverse airflow rate exceeding 60% of the forward airflow rate.

4. During fan design, we optimize the selection based on the parameters provided by the user and carry out personalized design to ensure that the fan operates with high efficiency both in the initial and later stages.

5. The fan casing is fabricated by welding Q235 steel plates. At the factory, it is coated with two layers of epoxy zinc-rich primer and one layer of epoxy zinc topcoat. All bolts are galvanized. 6. The silencer perforated plates are made of galvanized sheet metal, which effectively extends their service life and reduces subsequent replacement costs.

7. The host casing and the rotating parts of the impeller are equipped with protective rings. The protective cylinder is securely fastened to the copper ring using an explosive welding composite process, ensuring it remains firmly in place, safe, and reliable.

8. Differences in blade fixing methods:

The blades made of cast aluminum alloy are secured using a conical clamping method. Although the machining process is complex, the fixation is reliable and the operation is simple.

Improvement Measures and Application of New Technologies

1. In the design of conventional motors, the cooling fan’s heat dissipation capacity (ventilation cross-section) is calculated based on natural ventilation conditions. However, when a fan motor is installed inside a forced-flow chamber, its ventilation conditions are significantly restricted. To address this issue of poor ventilation, our company has taken two key measures: First, we have increased the length of the flow guide vanes (to prevent the airflow from undergoing abrupt deflection and ensure smooth exhaust flow, maximizing the effective flow area); second, we have independently designed dedicated heat-dissipation channels for the motor (leveraging our company’s own design capabilities and strengths). These channels allow airflow to enter through the intake port and smoothly discharge the heated air from the motor through the exhaust port.

⒉ The use of a streamlined diffusion tower has resulted in a noticeable reduction in fan outlet noise and an efficiency improvement of 2-4%.
