For example, in blade design, we further improve the advanced three-dimensional twisted blade type of aero-dynamic three-element flow theory by combining bending and sweeping orthogonal types. Through computer flow field calculation and analysis, model machine experiments, and testing, we have launched a new twisted blade for local ventilation, resulting in superior fan performance, more significant energy savings, and reduced noise.

The side-inlet silencing device, combined with the inlet and outlet silencers, significantly reduces noise. The silencer material uses oil-immersed glass fiber felt, which is anti-static and flame-retardant. The fan design addresses aerodynamic noise, motor electromagnetic noise, and mechanical noise to effectively reduce operating noise, meeting the JB/T8690-2014 standard for industrial ventilation fan noise limits.

Product Features

Underground local ventilation fans are essential equipment for safe coal mine production. Operating fans generate harsh aerodynamic and mechanical noise. Noise pollution is now the third largest public hazard after air and water pollution. Most domestic local ventilation fans use sound-absorbing materials filled in double-layer casings. The overall radiated noise of the fan is greater than 100dB(A). We can provide users with better solutions for modification and selection.

Raw Material Procurement: Sheet materials must have a material inspection report for the batch, strictly controlling their mechanical properties. Motors must have product qualification certificates, explosion-proof certificates, dynamic balance test reports, and performance test reports.

Key Components: Process control points are established for key processes. Blades are made of high-quality carbon steel, pressed, welded, and corrected using special molds. Special processing ensures that the blade profile after forming matches the design. Hubs must undergo flaw detection to ensure the overall quality of the impeller.
