Description of the product's main technical features

(I) Ventilator

1. The production of the ventilator strictly implements the requirements of MT/T222-2019 "Technical Conditions for Local Ventilators Used in Coal Mines", and its structural type and performance parameters fully meet the standard requirements.

2. The ventilator adopts a direct-connected transmission between the motor main shaft and the impeller, improving the efficiency and operational safety of the fan.

3. To ensure the long-term trouble-free operation of the ventilator, a special explosion-proof motor for ventilators is selected. The product has passed the certification of the National Safety Mark Center, has good oil sealing, and can be reliably used in various working environments.

4. Fan blade type It is a circular arc blade type, made of high-quality steel plate with uniform thickness. According to the appraisal by experts from the National Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, it has reached the international advanced level. The high-efficiency operating condition area of the fan is large, so that the running fan is always in high efficiency within the operating range, suitable for use in domestic coal mines.

5. The ventilator blades are fixed, and the blade installation angle deviation is ±1°.

6. The main rotating part of the fan, the impeller, after processing, grinding, and then special anti-corrosion treatment to avoid oxidation corrosion and rust caused by corrosive gases and moisture in the flow passage. The fan impeller has undergone three dynamic and static balance tests, and the balance accuracy requirement is no less than G5.6 grade before it can be installed.

7. The ventilator impeller is made of high-quality carbon steel Q235 material, and the casing is made of no less than 3mm high-quality carbon steel, and has been strengthened to ensure that the casing will not deform due to collision. On the casing lifting lugs and air duct fixing devices are provided to facilitate the handling and fixing of the ventilator.

8. After assembly, each ventilator is subjected to electrical operation, and the effective value of the vibration speed is less than 4.6mm/s

9. The cold-state insulation resistance of the stator winding of the matching motor of the ventilator is measured before the test using a megohmmeter with an accuracy of no less than 10 levels, and the minimum value is used as the measurement result, ensuring that the insulation of the ventilator meets the requirements.

10. A protective grille with a diameter of no more than 30mm is installed at the air inlet of the ventilator to prevent foreign objects from entering the ventilator.

11. The ventilator impeller and motor shaft are connected by a key, and the hole and shaft use a transition fit, there is a fastening device at the end of the shaft making the impeller run safely and reliably.

12. The radial clearance between the ventilator blades and the casing is measured with a feeler gauge with a graduation value of no more than 0.05mm, and is inspected by a dedicated inspector according to

the standard, with no less than 4 measuring points arranged on the circumference, ensuring that the clearance meets the standard requirements.

13. The fan adopts a low-noise design. The combination of the muffler and the inlet and outlet mufflers greatly reduces the noise, at the same time, the muffler material uses oil-immersed glass fiber felt, with anti-static and flame-retardant functions . Starting from the design, the fan adopts measures from three aspects: aerodynamic noise, motor electromagnetic noise, and mechanical noise, effectively reducing the operating noise of the fan; the noise complies with JB/T8690-2014 "Industrial Ventilators Noise Limits".

14. The ventilator is equipped with a non-stop oil injection and drainage device (power ≥30Kw), with an oil injection hole, and non-stop oil injection is performed outside the casing, which is convenient for later maintenance.

(II) Blades

1. The ventilator blade type adopts a circular arc blade type, which greatly improves the performance parameters of the ventilator and maximizes the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection of this series of ventilators.

2. To ensure the safe and reliable operation of the fan, the impeller hub and sleeve strength design have a safety factor of 10-15 times, and the reliability of the design is fully confirmed by computer finite element calculation, so that the safety and service life of the motor bearings are improved.

3. The blades are processed and formed with special molds, and are made by mold pressing. The surface is treated with anti-corrosion treatment to ensure the anti-corrosion and overall strength of the blades.

(III) Motor

1. Special explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors for ventilators are selected, with an explosion-proof grade of ExdI Mb, a protection grade of IP55, an insulation grade of F, a temperature rise according to B grade, and an SI duty cycle.

2. Our company has passed the ISO series international quality system certification, and the products meet the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and national regulations on the manufacture of explosion-proof motors. The motor can start at 85%-100% of the rated voltage and rated frequency, and the capacity of the motor can meet the requirements of normal starting and reverse wind starting of the ventilator.

3. The motor bearings use imported SKF/FAG bearings so that it can withstand both the radial force of the impeller weight and the axial thrust generated during the operation of the ventilator, with a temperature rise of less than 40℃, greatly improving the running reliability of the ventilator and the service life of the motor bearings.

After-sales Service Commitment

1. Technical Support

1. In order to ensure product quality, our company will invite the buyer's personnel to our company to inspect the manufacturing process, raw material quality, product quality, and production progress.

2. Ten days prior to the product's departure from the factory, our company will notify the buyer to participate in the factory inspection (but this does not serve as final acceptance). The product may only leave the factory after passing inspection. Our company is willing to provide convenient conditions for the buyer to conduct the aforementioned inspection and acceptance.

3. Our company is responsible for everything from the manufacturing of the equipment and its accessories to the delivery and commissioning of the complete equipment/set. During equipment installation and commissioning, professional technicians will be dispatched to the user's location for guidance.

4. Our company guarantees the repair or free replacement of damaged or defective components, up to the entire equipment, during installation, debugging, and trial operation.

5. During the equipment's use, if any quality problems occur or technical support is needed, our company will promptly provide the technical services requested by the buyer. Within the warranty period, if quality problems occur, after the buyer's notification, our company will provide repair services, free repair or replacement of unqualified components up to the entire equipment, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Beyond the warranty period, only cost fees will be charged.

6. Calculation of the warranty period (three-guarantee period): 18 months of underground use or 24 months after delivery (whichever comes first).

7. For any service requests from users, we will respond within 2 hours of receiving the call; within 1000KM, service personnel will arrive on-site within 24 hours; beyond 1000KM, service personnel will be dispatched within 24 hours. If the problem is not resolved and does not meet customer requirements, service personnel cannot leave the work site. If return-to-factory repair is required, delivery will be guaranteed within the agreed time.

1. Spare Parts Replacement

For hardware damage caused by hardware quality problems, the buyer will provide on-site service, free repair and replacement of damaged hardware up to the entire equipment. For hardware damage caused by the buyer, our company will replace the damaged hardware at a cost, and provide three free on-site inspections per year.

2. Fault Response

After a fault occurs in the hardware and software systems provided by our company, after receiving the fault notification, within 2 hours we will respond, and service personnel will within 24 hours arrive on-site to provide free guidance on equipment installation and assistance with debugging.

4 Equipment Debugging and Testing Acceptance

1. After the equipment arrives on-site, it will be stored and kept according to relevant technical regulations.

2. Our company's inspection department conducts full-process quality inspection during the equipment manufacturing process according to the buyer's standards, regulations, and company process requirements, and provides quality certificates for major components.

3. Installation and Debugging

Our company is responsible for guiding the equipment's positioning, installation, debugging, and ultimately meeting all the indicators specified in the bidding documents.

4. Operator Training

We adopt a combination of theory and practice. First, we provide 8 hours of theoretical training for operators, mainly focusing on fan characteristics and maintenance. Then, we allow operators to participate in installation and debugging with our personnel for 24 hours, enabling them to operate the fan proficiently. The theoretical training schedule is as follows:

After completing the above training plan, if your personnel are still unable to operate proficiently, we will continue to train your relevant personnel until they can operate proficiently.
