The noise reduction measures adopted by the low-noise environmentally friendly local fan are based on the principle of noise generation and propagation, changing the air intake direction, optimizing the structural design, and through better adsorption of mid-low frequency noise and efficient isolation of high-frequency noise, the overall noise of the fan is eliminated and attenuated. Local ventilation fans are essential ventilation equipment in the mining and excavation production process of coal mines, especially the FBD series of mine explosion-proof pressure-type contra-rotating axial flow local ventilation fans, which are not only widely used in the pressure-type long-distance ventilation of large and small cross-section roadways in coal mine underground mining, but also in the ventilation and ventilation of industrial fields such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, power, railways, and highway tunnels. We have adopted multiple noise reduction measures, based on the aerodynamic principles of the fan and the principles of noise generation and propagation, adding streamlined air intake silencing devices and inlet and outlet composite silencing tubes, optimizing the structural design of the fan host, and using high-quality silencing materials to better absorb mid-low frequency noise and efficiently isolate high-frequency noise, so that the overall noise of the fan is eliminated and attenuated.
