For example, in blade design, we further improve the advanced three-dimensional twisted blade type of aero-dynamic three-element flow theory by combining bending and sweeping orthogonal types. Through computer flow field calculation and analysis, model machine experiments, and testing, we have launched a new type of twisted blade for local ventilation fans; this makes the ventilation fan performance superior, energy saving effect more obvious, and noise reduction.

The side-inlet silencing device, combined with the inlet and outlet silencers, significantly reduces noise. The silencer material uses oil-immersed glass fiber felt, which is anti-static and flame-retardant. Starting with the design, the fan adopts measures to reduce aerodynamic noise, motor electromagnetic noise, and mechanical noise, effectively reducing the operating noise of the fan; the noise complies with JB/T8690-2014 "Noise Limits for Industrial Ventilation Fans".

Product Features

Coal mine underground local ventilation fans are essential equipment for safe coal mine production. When the fan is running, it will produce harsh aerodynamic and mechanical noise. Noise pollution has become the third largest public hazard after air and water pollution. Currently, most noise reduction methods for domestic local fans use absorbing materials filled in a double-layer shell. The overall radiated noise of the fan is greater than 100dB(A). We can provide users with better solutions for modification and selection.

The noise reduction measures adopted by the environmentally friendly local fan are based on the principle of noise generation and propagation, changing the air intake direction, optimizing the structural design, and better absorbing low and medium frequency noise and effectively isolating high frequency noise, so that the overall noise of the fan is eliminated and attenuated. The modular design composed of various silencing components can provide users with better solutions for modification and selection.
