Quality Control of Critical Components

From raw material selection to product shipment, every single process in our company is subject to rigorous quality control in strict accordance with ISO9001 standards. In particular, critical components such as motors, hubs, and blades are subjected to especially stringent inspection and verification.

The motor配套 with the fan can be selected from well-known domestic brands, and it is equipped with SKF, FAG, or NSK bearings, thereby ensuring the long service life of the fan’s power system.

After the impeller hub is completed, it undergoes both static and dynamic balance tests, and a detailed report is prepared. The dynamic balance grade is G5.6, which exceeds the national industry standard requirement of G6.3, thereby ensuring smooth operation of the fan and extending the service life of the motor bearings.

Every process—from material selection and stamping to installation and commissioning—is rigorously controlled, with multiple layers of quality inspection at each stage, ensuring the blades meet both quality standards and operational requirements.

Product Quality Commitment and Guarantee

Our company’s fans fully meet your requirements for various parameters such as air volume and air pressure, and have a service life of over 25 years. The following are our product quality assurance measures:

From the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of finished products, all processes are rigorously inspected in accordance with the ISO9001 international quality system standards. The production, inspection, testing, and acceptance of each process are jointly carried out by the Production Department, Quality Inspection Department, and Technical Department, with detailed records kept and filed. We provide full-process tracking, quality management, and service for every customer’s product. For example, the design and manufacture of fans comply with GB/T 3235 “Basic Types, Dimensions, Parameters, and Performance Curves of Fans” and GB/T 3235 “Basic Types, Dimensions, and Parameters of Fans.” Purchased motors must meet the technical requirements specified in GB/T 3836.1. Product outgoing tests are conducted according to the GB/T 1236—2000 standard, covering pipeline network processing, measurement point layout, raw data acquisition, data calculation, and result output. Steel materials must be accompanied by material certification reports provided by the manufacturer, and we also commission nationally recognized, qualified inspection agencies to verify the material composition; only materials that meet the required standards can be used. For matched motors, the motor manufacturer must provide performance test reports and no-load test reports. We provide customers with non-destructive testing reports for fan blades. Fan impellers undergo two-sided dynamic balancing tests in accordance with GB/T 9101 “Balancing of Fan Rotors,” and the outgoing dynamic balancing grade must reach G5.6 or higher—exceeding the national standard requirements. Upon shipment, we provide customers with dynamic balancing test reports for the impellers. The exterior painting of fans is performed according to the technical requirements specified in JB/T 6886 “Technical Conditions for Fan Painting.” Fan nameplates are manufactured in compliance with the requirements of GB/T 13306 “Nameplates.”
