Shanxi Yun’an Fan Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer engaged in the research, development, and production of axial-flow fans. Its products are suitable for applications in sectors such as coal mining, tunnels, metallurgy, and mining. The company is a high-tech enterprise with a solid foundation and over ten years of extensive experience.

The company primarily manufactures explosion-proof axial-flow main ventilators of the FBCZ series for mining applications, counter-rotating main ventilators of the FBCDZ series, positive-pressure local ventilators of the FB series, counter-rotating positive-pressure local ventilators of the FBD series, multi-stage counter-rotating ventilators of the FBD series, negative-pressure local ventilators of the FBC series, counter-rotating negative-pressure local ventilators of the FBCD series, tunnel ventilators of the SDF series, jet ventilators of the SDS series, and many other models with a complete range of specifications, capable of meeting the ventilation needs of various mines and tunnels.

Main product features:

1. The fan boasts high operational efficiency, significant energy-saving performance, and low noise levels.

2. Novel structure, easy to install and maintain;

3. Wide efficient operating range, small surge amplitude, and strong adaptability to complex roadways;

4. Operates smoothly and reliably, unaffected by ground subsidence.

Our company’s axial-flow fan adopts an integrated structure in which the motor is directly connected to the impeller, eliminating the need for a transmission system. This design features high efficiency, energy savings, low noise levels, and simple installation and disassembly.

The relevant details about our company’s products are briefly described below:

Technical features of the product:

The blades are manufactured using XAero’s most advanced production technology, ensuring product quality.

The hub of the fan is welded together from steel plates of varying thicknesses and shaft sleeves. In the design, both the blades and the hub are selected with a safety factor of more than 10 times, and their strength and the safe operation of the fan are thoroughly ensured through computer calculations. The welding and heat treatment processes used for the hub guarantee that it will remain deformation-free during service. Our factory’s machining equipment ensures that the angular deviation when the blades are mounted on the hub is no greater than 0.5 mm.

The fan is equipped with a dedicated explosion-proof motor. Radial and axial force values, corresponding to the ventilation parameters, are provided to the motor manufacturer to ensure that the motor bearing temperature remains within safe limits and that the motor’s service life meets the specified requirements. The motor is fitted with an oil-injection device, allowing for oiling without shutting down the machine, thus facilitating maintenance. The accompanying electrical control system features protections against phase failure, overload, and over- (or under-) voltage conditions. It can display the temperature of the motor (either the stator or the bearings) and provides both audible and visual alarms.

All components of the fan feature a compact structure and are equipped with vibration-damping rubber pads, ensuring a vibration velocity of ≤4.6 mm/s—meeting the requirements of the national standard. After secondary verification, the fan achieves a G5.6-grade quality with double-sided dynamic balancing. A material performance test report for the blades and a dynamic and static balance test report for the entire impeller are provided as standard.

Our company’s specially designed motor enclosure and silencer can reduce the operating noise of fans to below 85 dB(A), meeting the requirements of national standards. Moreover, they effectively isolate the cooling airflow around explosion-proof motors from the contaminated air flow discharged by the mine’s main ventilation fan. The isolation chamber is equipped with inlet and outlet ducts that connect to the atmosphere outside the motor housing. As a result, the airflow within the duct is under negative pressure, while the cooling airflow around the motor itself is at positive pressure and directly connected to the atmosphere, ensuring adequate heat dissipation for the motor. We have also designed a specialized braking system that fully meets the requirements of Article 122 of the “Coal Mine Safety Regulations” (i.e., the ability to reverse the airflow direction in the roadway within 10 minutes).

The damper produced by our company features flexible opening and closing, low power consumption, remote or local operation capabilities, and is equipped with a manual override device.
