Scope of application

The FBD series explosion-proof, plug-in, multi-stage counter-rotating axial flow local ventilation fan is widely used for pressure-type ultra-long-distance ventilation in the excavation of large and small cross-section roadways in coal mines, and can also be used for ventilation and air exchange in industrial fields such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, power, railways, and highway tunnels. In addition to the characteristics of counter-rotating axial flow local ventilation fans, this series of fans also has the following features:

(1) Multi-stage series operation is adopted to significantly increase pressure and meet the demand for long-distance air delivery in excavation roadways.

(2) In the initial stage of roadway excavation, one or two stages can be opened and used as a counter-rotating local ventilation fan.

(3) The multi-stage local ventilation fan has a small volume and high pressure, making it more suitable for places with long air delivery distances and small roadway cross-sections.
