1) Personalized design: Optimized selection according to user-provided parameters, personalized design, the performance of the fan matches the resistance characteristics of the mine, ensuring that the fan can operate efficiently at both minimum and maximum negative pressure, and stay away from the surge area.

2) Design inspection process: The blades are designed based on the experimental data of low-speed NACA blades in the United States. To ensure blade strength, a three-dimensional twisted structure design concept with a large cross-section airfoil is adopted. The blade and blade stem designs have a safety factor of more than 10-15 times. The rationality of the blade design should also be subjected to frequency test and modal analysis to avoid the excitation frequency of the first and second-stage impellers and avoid resonance. A material inspection report and a mechanical performance test report are provided for each batch of blades, and each blade is subjected to non-destructive testing such as X-ray flaw detection and magnetic particle flaw detection in a special flaw detection room.

3) The blade material uses high-strength cast aluminum alloy, which has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance in an oxidizing environment, is rust-proof, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. The blade and blade stem dangerous section strength have a safety factor of more than 13 times during design, and the blades are subjected to aging treatment.

4) Hub manufacturing: The hub is one of the core components of the fan, and this workpiece has a large diameter and weight, and high requirements for product dimensional accuracy and shape and position accuracy. It is a difficult point in the processing process and a key process in the fan. The hub uses Q355 steel, and the weld is inspected by magnetic particle flaw detection, and a magnetic particle inspection report is provided. In order to ensure the coaxiality of the hub shaft connecting hole and the hub outer diameter, as well as the spherical size of the hub hub surface and the dimensional accuracy of the hole, our company specially uses a large CNC drop-type lathe. When processing the hub, the computer program controls the single clamping and one-time molding, which not only ensures the dimensional accuracy and shape and position accuracy of the workpiece, but also the surface quality of the workpiece fully meets the requirements of the product drawings.

5) Impeller balancing: Our company has purchased a YYW-6000 dynamic balancing machine. The hub is first subjected to dynamic and static balance tests, and then the impeller is subjected to dynamic and static balance tests until it is qualified, ensuring that the impeller balance quality grade is G4, which is higher than the national standard G5.6 requirements. This gives the fan excellent static and dynamic characteristics, ensuring reliable operation, and thus ensuring that the vibration value of the main fan meets relevant national and industry standards, namely JB/T8689-2014 "Fan Vibration Detection and Its Limit Values", the maximum vibration velocity effective value ≤4.6mm/s.
