Overview
I. Main Uses and Applicable Scope
The FQ series mine pneumatic axial flow local ventilation fan (hereinafter referred to as the fan) is a widely used new product with features such as compact structure, small size, light weight, simple operation, easy maintenance, and good safety performance. The blades and corresponding housings of the fan have undergone friction spark safety performance testing and can be used in environments with flammable gases such as methane and oil gas.
Main uses of mine pneumatic extraction axial flow local ventilation fan: Local ventilation extraction in coal mines; Scope of use: Workplaces required in coal mines with the risk of methane gas explosion.
Main uses of mine pneumatic pressure axial flow local ventilation fan and mine pneumatic counter-rotating axial flow local ventilation fan: Pressure local ventilation in coal mines; Scope of use: Workplaces required in coal mines with the risk of methane gas explosion.
II. Normal Applicable Environment
(1) Altitude not exceeding 2000m;
(2) Relative humidity of ambient air not exceeding 95%RH (+25℃);
(3) Ambient air temperature: +4℃~+40℃;
(4) No strong vibration and corrosive gases;
(5) Installed in workplaces required in coal mines with the risk of methane gas explosion.
(Note: If used at altitudes exceeding 2000m or maximum ambient temperatures above +40℃, it can be resolved according to the provisions of GB 755 or through consultation between the supplier and the demander.)
III. Product Execution Standards
The execution standards are: Coal Industry Standard MT/T500-2008 "Technical Conditions for Coal Mine Pneumatic (Liquid) Local Ventilation Fans" and Enterprise Standard Q/142700SXYA 008-2025 "FQ Series Mine Pneumatic Axial Flow Local Ventilation Fans", according to which production and manufacturing are carried out.

Structural Features
The FFQ series mine pneumatic axial flow (counter-rotating) local ventilation fan consists of a housing, pneumatic motor (primary and secondary), impeller (primary and secondary), filter, and protective ring. The fan structure is shown in the figure:

Working Principle
High-pressure air is supplied from the lower air pipe. After connecting with the fan intake with a hose and opening the valve, the high-pressure air drives the pneumatic motor to rotate, driving the impeller to rotate. The impeller works on the air, giving the air energy and discharging it from the fan at a certain speed, guided by the air duct or discharged directly.
