I. Main Uses and Applicable Scope
Mine wet cyclone dust removal fans are used in coal mine underground, rock roadway and anchor spraying operation face spraying machines, coal cutting machine and other dust-intensive dust-producing operations. It purifies the dust-laden air in situ and can partially eliminate harmful components in the gas, making the working environment meet industrial hygiene standards to a limited extent, protecting workers from dust poisoning.
II. Normal Applicable Environment
(1) Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
(2) Ambient atmospheric pressure: 86kPa~106kPa;
(3) Ambient temperature: 0℃~+40℃;
(4) Relative humidity: ≤95% (+25℃);
(5) The transported airflow is allowed to contain methane mixture explosive gas and coal dust.
(Note: If used at altitudes exceeding 1000m or maximum ambient temperatures above +40℃, it can be resolved according to the provisions of GB 755 or through consultation between the supplier and the user.)

This dust removal fan implements the following standards: Coal Industry Standard MT/T159-2019 "General Technical Conditions for Mine Dust Collectors" and Enterprise Standard Q/142700SXYA 007-2025 "KCS Series Mine Wet Dust Removal Fan".

V. Working Principle
This series is a mine wet cyclone dust removal fan, which is an indispensable equipment for capturing coal dust during coal mining, transportation and transshipment in coal mines. Its dust collection mainly relies on the fan to inhale dust-laden gas mixed with water mist, then separates and purifies the dust in the air. The water flow atomization of this series of mine wet cyclone dust removal fans does not rely on a sprayer device, but rather on the high-speed rotation of the motor driving the micro-hole cyclone water-throwing cylinder and axial flow impeller. Through centrifugal force and airflow suction, the water flow is atomized and mixed with the captured dust to form a mixture, which is sent to the meridian cyclone separation and dehydration device. By adopting a composite dust removal mechanism, it can efficiently separate the dust contained in the gas, especially respirable dust. The purified air is discharged into the roadway. This machine features small size, light weight, high dust removal efficiency, low resistance, and low energy consumption. It eliminates the high-pressure spraying device in the original dust collector and the periodic cleaning and replacement of filter materials, filter screens, nozzle blockage, and fiber grille panels in the water purifier. It ensures the health of workers, promotes production development, and has significant economic and social benefits.
