I. Overview

The runaway rubber-tired vehicle interception device is a safety device specifically designed for coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines. It prevents runaway accidents caused by brake failure or gear shifting failure during the transportation of rubber-tired vehicles in inclined shafts or underground mines.

The runaway rubber-tired vehicle interception device can automatically and promptly intercept runaway vehicles, effectively preventing accidents and ensuring safe mine production.

II. Features

1. Software intelligent system measurement and control, sensors collect vehicle speed signals and accurately identify them.

2. PLC logic programming, outputting high-precision and high-reliability time instructions to ensure foolproof vehicle interception.

3. Normally closed double-door flexible interception device and high-strength connecting hook automatic locking mechanism, both of which are the first of their kind in China, with novel and reasonable design.

III. Principle Summary

1. The vehicle interception net has a double-door structure. The front half of the door uses flame-retardant PVC tubing, and the rear half is a steel pipe. The flame-retardant tube is inserted into the steel pipe (adjustable length), and the vehicle interception wire rope is in a closed-loop state and passes through the tube. As shown in Figure 1

2. After the left and right doors are closed, the high-strength connecting hook automatically locks to ensure correct connection.

3. After intercepting the vehicle, the flame-retardant soft tube and steel pipe automatically detach and, together with the wire rope, dampened extension to minimize damage to the vehicle. As shown in Figure 2

4. During normal production operation, the door opens in advance (opening time is adjustable), and closes immediately (normally closed state) after the vehicle passes through.
