I. Overview

For example, at points with slightly larger slopes, there may be phenomena such as runaway cars or slippage. Minor incidents may result in equipment damage, while serious incidents can lead to personal safety accidents for operating personnel.

IV. Working Principle

1. The sensor can detect the running speed of the monorail hoist in real time, and the data is input to the PLC controller. After analysis and detection, when the real-time speed exceeds the maximum allowable value, the PLC sends a work instruction to the solenoid valve.

2. The two stopper plates close and interlock (to prevent the stopper plates from opening when the impact force of the runaway car is too large), as shown in Figure 1;

3. The catching frame automatically detaches and slides down along the guide rail with the runaway car, as shown in Figure 1;

4. The inclined steel wire rope is subjected to force, and under the action of the damper, the monorail crane slowly stops with the catching frame;

5. During the catching process, the catching frame does not rub against the guide rail, and the release of the huge potential energy of the runaway car is completed by the damper on the gallery wall, reducing the impact pressure of the runaway car on the track.

V. Work Status Restoration

1. Since the tripod is fixed on the wall, it remains in its original position after separating from the catching frame, as shown in Figure 2;

2. The catching frame is moved back to its original starting position, the cylinder pin is adjusted, and the catching frame is connected to the tripod, restoring the catching status;

3. Check the condition of the steel wire rope for friction damage. If broken wires or deformation occurs, simply replace them;

VI. Product Installation

1. Assemble the tripod and fix it to the wall, as shown in Figure 2:

3. Due to the different positions of the track in the gallery, the tripod has different position holes on the ground, and the hanging plate can move left and right, as shown in Figure 2:

4. When the catching plate is in the open state, the catching frame can be connected to the bottom surface of the tripod, as shown in Figure 3:

5. According to the actual on-site situation, the damper should choose a suitable installation position;

6. Equipped with a manual control valve for easy maintenance and restoration of the cylinder state;

7. After the KAB-1(2) monorail hoist runaway car intelligent catching device is put into use, the manual valve can be closed.

VII. Others

After catching, if the stopper plate is found to have abnormal conditions such as deformation, and the original state cannot be restored on-site, contact the manufacturer for replacement in time.
